This Japanese-style cooking masterclass is offered by Cooking Culture School of Hiroshima in collaboration with a local magazine SEEKING HIROSHIMA. In this lesson you will prepare and eat a thick rolled sushi usually served for special occasions and a miso soup with Hiroshima produce dried sardines.​ ​​ ​​ ​
