Plan description

It is a plan where you can wear a kimono and experience the tea ceremony and calligraphy.

tea ceremony

Tea ceremony is an artistic activity that welcomes guests through their manners and understands each other's ways of thinking and way of life. Nowadays, the spirit of "Zen" as Japanese culture is highly evaluated overseas, but please feel the Japanese culture more deeply through the "tea ceremony experience" where the spirit of Zen actually lives. It's fun to compare the tea you made yourself with the tea you made. We use a bowl of "Miyajima Osayaki", which is made by kneading the sand of Itsukushima Shrine into clay and baking it.

calligraphy

Calligraphy, which uses a brush and ink to write letters, is a daily practice that everyone learns at least once in Japan. Write your favorite characters on a rice scoop, a specialty of Miyajima, and make it your one and only work. Learn how to use the basic brush, practice lines, and practice kanji. We will also give you a model of your name so that you can sign on the rice scoop. Please take the finished rice scoop home as a memory of your trip.
