This half-day fishing experience, supported by a natural sciences college graduate, focuses on fishing using the guide's specialized techniques. The thrill of fishing is encapsulated in the excitement of casting the line, the feeling of the hook when you pull, the thrill of striking the hook, and the sense of accomplishment when you finally catch something. However, if you try to imitate others during the initial introduction, you often end up just waiting. I, now a guide and guide, was one of those people. I understand the hesitation of asking a friend or acquaintance who knows more about the process, and the hesitation of trying out fishing alone. You may also have to decide what to do with the fish you catch. This plan is designed as a prologue to your first fishing experience. You'll generally be surrounded by no other guests, so you can enjoy the experience without any hesitation. We'll help you fully develop your five and sixth senses through fishing, helping you build on them to the next level. We'll also provide basic fishing equipment, including items commonly found at 100-yen shops. Once you know the equipment, you can prepare everything yourself. We can also provide the equipment if you wish. The trip will take place near Ishikari Bay New Port, close to Sapporo. Each guide has their own specialty, but we hope you will enjoy the joy of catching a fish no matter what method you use. There are also famous restaurants nearby, such as Costco Ishikari, Sato Suisan Salmon Factory, and Ramen Shingen, so there is plenty to enjoy even after fishing. Smelt fishing that feels like a fishing pond near Ishikari Bay New Port, which is close to Sapporo city. If you want to catch smelt, but the ice has not frozen yet, or if the ice has melted, we recommend this option for those who just want to enjoy fishing, or those who just want to catch a fish. The Ishikari Discharge Channel, a shortcut that connects the Ibarato River to Ishikari Bay, is a hidden spot for smelt fishing. The seawall is well maintained and you can enjoy it as if you were at a fishing pond. The location of smelt changes depending on the weather, and if your hunch is right, you may catch up to 40 smelt in an hour. Why not try fishing during the recommended time? Basically, you can take your catch home, but if you really want to try it as tempura, please contact us. On your way home after fishing, please stop by tourist facilities and scenic spots to enjoy a fulfilling day. *Free transportation is available from hotels in the center of Sapporo, such as in front of Sapporo Station.
