This is a pearl extraction and strap making experience at a pearl farm in Ise-Shima, the birthplace of pearl farming. Enjoy taking out the pearls to see what kind of pearls will come out! Pearls come in a variety of sizes, shapes, and colors. You can take out Akoya pearls with a diameter of 6 mm, and if you are lucky, 8 mm in diameter! Let's make your own strap with pearls using the pearls you took out ♪ ~ Flow of the experience ~ 1) Gathering and reception 2) Explanation 3) Pearl extraction experience - You will watch a DVD that explains the process of making pearls.・You will be asked to take a commemorative photo on the raft holding a net containing pearl oysters (in case of rain, the photo will be taken indoors).・Choose your favorite pearl oyster from the net.・Pearls will be extracted from Akoya oysters. - Polish the pearls with salt and cloth. We will measure the size of your pearl. ④ Strap making experience - Choose the metal fittings for the strap.・The staff will make a hole in the pearl.
