This is a pearl extraction and strap making experience at a pearl farm in Ise-Shima, the birthplace of pearl farming. Enjoy taking out the pearls to see what kind of pearls will come out! Pearls come in a variety of sizes, shapes, and colors. You can take out Akoya pearls with a diameter of 6 mm, and if you are lucky, 8 mm in diameter! Let's make your own strap with pearls using the pearls you took out ♪ ~ Flow of the experience ~ 1) Gathering and reception 2) Explanation 3) Pearl extraction experience - You will watch a DVD that explains the process of making pearls.・You will be asked to take a commemorative photo on the raft holding a net containing pearl oysters (in case of rain, the photo will be taken indoors).・Choose your favorite pearl oyster from the net.・Pearls will be extracted from Akoya oysters. - Polish the pearls with salt and cloth. We will measure the size of your pearl. ④ Strap making experience - Choose the metal fittings for the strap.・The staff will make a hole in the pearl. Those in the upper grades of elementary school who wish to do so will be able to try their hand at gluing. ⑤ Completed in about 15 minutes after gluing! You can take it home as is.

Children are also welcome to participate! Choose your favorite parts to make your own original leather keychain, and choose your favorite color pass case or shoulder strap to complete it. Since no needles or threads are used, this is recommended for those who are not good at handicrafts or those who are new to leather craft. ● About materials We have a selection of carefully selected materials to choose from, including domestic leather, Italian leather, ponytail, PVC, tweed, ribbon lace, antique kimono obi and old cloth. ● Location The workshop will be held at a private atelier located a 7-minute walk from Jiyugaoka Station or Kuhonbutsu Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line or Oimachi Line.
