It is the highest lake in Japan with a circumference of about 24km, an area of 11.62km2, a maximum depth of 172m, a lake surface altitude of 1269m, and an area of 4km2 or more excluding artificial lakes. Because of this environment, the scenery of the four seasons, the magnificent view of Mt. Nantai from the lake, and the clear blue lake water are exceptional, and it is a world that I long for even if I am not a kayaker. Some people may want to ride a sea kayak but are scared of the sea, but you can try sea kayaking on the lake.
