In spring, you can go rafting down the rapids of the Tone River, which is swollen from the melting snow, for over an hour. In summer, you can enjoy the thrill of running through the river along the refreshing valley. In summer, you can jump from rocks and enjoy playing in the waves with a paddle or swimming in the river. In autumn, the autumn leaves are in full bloom. The spectacular view of the river flowing down the valley from below is exceptional. Half-day rafting course: Go down the Suwa Gorge area of the Tone River in a rubber boat. Together, you'll row down the Tone River valley, which is full of nature. You can also jump off rocks and swim in the current. A veteran guide will accompany you, so even first-timers can participate with peace of mind. It's a very popular experience, with people saying they can enjoy it no matter how many times they do it! After rafting, there's plenty to do, including sightseeing in the surrounding area, visiting Minakami Onsen, and having a barbecue! For the 2025 season, we are running a campaign that allows junior high school students to participate at the child's rate.
