If the tour is canceled due to heavy rain or flooding, we will contact the registered phone number at the time of cancellation. If you wish to change the date due to bad weather, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel after arriving on the day, we will guide you to the activities that are available, and if after consultation your desired activity is not available, you can cancel free of charge.
