Please come and enjoy our freshly made pudding. ~Experience flow~ ① Gathering and reception (5 minutes) ② Explanation (5 minutes) Flow of the day, confirmation of allergies to eggs and milk ③ Experience (35 minutes) After mixing the ingredients well, pour the pudding liquid into a balloon container using a large syringe. I'll pack it up. After that, put the pudding in a hot water bath net and put it in the hot water. While you wait until the Yugaki is finished, we will guide you through the streets of Yumura Onsen, which retains its Showa-era retro feel. We also recommend boiling eggs in the hot springs and soaking in the footbath. ④Eating (15 minutes) Return to the cafe and enjoy the pudding.
