Summer vacation special part 4, Kanagawa edition, is a one-day tour that will include rocky shore scavenging and river scavenging. It will last about 6 hours, and we plan to observe more than 50 types of creatures. Basically, this tour will be held only during spring tide at Wadanagahama from July 20th to August 31st during the summer vacation. Before and after the sea, we will aim for mantis shrimp, mountain crabs, Japanese mitten crabs, stag beetle goby, Yoshinobori, and snake dragonflies in nearby rivers. Sea: sea slugs, crabs, starfish, sea cucumbers, shellfish, fish (gobies), nabeka, blenny, sea urchins (observation only), abalone (observation only), octopus (observation only), etc. River: mantis shrimp, mountain crabs, Japanese mitten crabs, Japanese chibu, minnows, motsuga, shrimp, etc. The meeting and disbanding place is Misakiguchi Station, 5 hours before low tide, and the end time is scheduled to be 4 hours in total. Once the tour is over, we will move to Zushi Station or Misakiguchi Station by car. Due to the spring tide, the tour is only available on certain dates. This tour is a nature tour where you can search for seven kinds of frogs, two kinds of lizards, snakes, etc. in traps and rice fields. The tour consists of the following: 1. Make a trap at the BASE base, make a truck with a 2L plastic bottle, put white sashimi in a plastic case to lure them, and go to see them 1.5 hours later. 2. Move to the point and search. Search for frogs in the rice field, and search for lizards and snakes in the field. Travel by electric bicycle, conquer two rice field points, and then head to the point where there is a pile of wood that has been used for reptiles. 3. Learn, how to raise, how to distinguish between males and females, how to catch food, etc. Finally, the tour will be packed with lectures on the characteristics of frogs, how to raise them, and how to raise lizards. Adults cannot apply. This is a tour for children only. This event is only held during the summer vacation, and will generally be held on Mondays from July 20th to 31st. PS: It may be held at the same time as the giant turtle observation tour. ~ Flow of the day ~ Gather at Chofu Station or Shindai Busaninosato at 8 o'clock. Move to Nasushiobara by train. (Transportation expenses and host provided) Experience catching and eating crayfish in a certain park. For lunch, we plan to have BBQ or @restaurant depending on the weather. Planning to experience nature in the Nasu Highlands. In Tochigi, have dinner and move on by train. The return is scheduled to be from 20:00 to 21:00 @ Chofu. Capturing Uchida crayfish, observing giant crayfish, Japanese stag beetles, water praying mantises, gum beetles, carp beetles, and stag beetles On the mountain, we search for adult beetles and stag beetles, and at the same time, we also look for larvae.
