That is why so many ammonites and plant fossils are discovered in the geological formations of Hokkaido. The Yubari Mountains on the west side of Furano are a treasure trove of fossils. This is a full-scale MTB tour that starts from the top of the caldera's outer rim of Lake Mashu and gently descends to Kaminoko Pond filled with emerald green water! First, we will climb from Kaminoko Pond to Uramashu Observatory by eMTB, but since it is equipped with an electric assist, let's climb while enjoying the scenery at a leisurely pace. It is a single track from Uramashu Observatory! There are some technical sections along the way, but the slope is gentle, so even beginners can enjoy it!
