Let's make your own original glass! Blown glass blows breath into molten glass and blows it, it inflates and shapes it. As you can experience until completion in about 30 minutes, please feel free to experience it. Completed works are properly packed and delivered by mail (extra shipping fee is required). Blown glass is a very popular technique as a lesson. It is also recommended as a trial before starting in earnest!
I didn't expect to do so much by myself, the artist was very patient and explained well before and during the shaping of the glass. I've added the color, heated it up in the kiln and then started blowing. He occasionally adjusted the shape and removed the glass from the stick. Its now in the kiln to slowly cool down. Can't wait to drink from the glass! You could choose from 5 or 6 shapes, glasses, bowls or vases. They warned about the hot workplace....but outside it was hotter that day than inside...so also a good thing to do when it's to hot to do some sightseeing...
