We highly recommend joining us! ■Schedule■ 2:15 PM Meet at Oguma Shoten in Sapporo Nijo Market and walk two minutes to the dedicated workshop venue. ↓ 2:30 PM Change into sushi chef uniforms and begin the experience. After an explanation of sushi culture and history, each participant will make 10 sushi pieces. The chef will provide easy-to-understand explanations as you learn. ↓ 3:15 PM Enjoy the sushi you made yourself. It will be a wonderful memory.
