Once you pass under the bridge, the world of mangrove virgin forest spreads out before you. Slowly move forward on the calm river surface without waves. The mangroves get closer and closer. Crabs are hiding at the base. Birds are watching you. Take pictures of such a scene and go further in. Soon, the wide tidal flats come into view. Many crabs and other creatures live on the tidal flats. The moment you step on the tidal flats, gobies and many crabs fly away from your feet. Birds ring out overhead. Crabs peek out from their holes. If you listen carefully, you can hear all kinds of voices and sounds. It's lively in the summer, but when it cools down, it becomes quiet. This is a half-day tour where you can experience nature and mangroves by kayaking at the mouth of the Urauchi River, the longest river in Okinawa Prefecture. It is a safe field for kayaking beginners, children (from 3 years old), and those with low physical strength, as it is not easily affected by wind or waves. It can also be enjoyed by elderly people (65-75 years old). We will also go to the star sand beach and observe the star sand.
