You will be taken to the beach on the west coast of the island, which can only be reached by boat. 10:00 Upon arriving at Pilates Island, first say hello to the ocean and Miyajima. Then, start with Pilates while basking in the morning sun and listening to the sound of the waves. 11:00 SUP cruise to a photogenic uninhabited island! Take a SUP cruise to Kabe Island, an uninhabited island opposite the west coast of Miyajima. Even beginners can enjoy the 30-minute cruise, but you can experience the excitement of adventure and the sense of accomplishment of reaching the island! 12:00 Lunch & Free Time 14:00 SUP Pilates After getting familiar with the SUP board on the cruise, try SUP Pilates. It's hard to balance on the SUP, but that's fun too!
