An experience workshop located on Kokusai Street, Okinawa! You can make your own original shisa, one of a kind! You can wait for the baking time (about 30 minutes, varies depending on size) and paint it! The painting fee is free! It's a great plan! You can take it home as it is, of course! We have many samples of different sizes and shapes available in the store. There is also a reference manual, so even beginners can work with confidence! Even if you make it by imitating the base, you can make it unique by changing the size and angle of the eyes, nose, and ears! You can purchase additional clay, so you can freely change the size and shape! Why not make an original shisa that no one can imitate? ? We will pack up the finished work and hand it over to you.

Plaster shisa were the pioneers in spreading shisa to Okinawan homes ♪ All shisa are formed only from the material without using the heartwood. Large plaster sizes require considerable skill. [Unglazed Shisa] (special clay for indoor use) Small size: 2,420 yen, medium size: 3,190 yen (2 times the small size), large size: 4,400 yen (4 times the small size, 2 times the medium size) ☆Special clay is used. Since it is a material that is not fired, it can only be displayed indoors. Each one is completely handmade! The same clay is used as the take-home Shisa-making experience ☆ [Ceramic Shisa] Small size: 2,420 yen, medium size: 3,410 yen (3.5 times the small size), large size: 5,500 yen (7 times the small size, 2 times the medium size) ☆Made of Okinawan red clay. After forming, it is dried naturally for about 20 days, and then fired in a kiln at 1,200℃ for two days. Since it is fired, it can be placed outside. It takes about one month to complete one. *All prices include the experience price per Shisa and include everything up to taking it home. A sunset photo tour where you can take photos of yourself riding a glass canoe while watching the sunset! Choose your favorite shisa from the many types available and paint it! Mix colors as you like to create your own original shisa♪ This is the only place in Okinawa where you can experience painting shisa in an old house. You can easily finish your "Fuku no Ki Shisa" that can only be made here in about an hour. You can take it home right after the experience! Staff will support you, so both children and adults can enjoy it. Some people use it as a short break or rest on their way to the Churaumi Aquarium or Kouri Island.
