Mt. Motchomu is not so high, but it is a tough mountain trail with steep slopes and some parts where you can use your arms. Climb shortly after a break and use the rope for the last 30 minutes. In particular, climbing with the last rope requires not only nerves but also upper body strength. It is a round-trip course of about 7 hours. Tachudake is located in the north of Yakusugi Land and can be seen from the entrance of Yakusugi Land and the town of Awa. This course starts from Yakusugi Land, climbs Tachudake on the way, and returns to the Yakusugi Land course. It's easy to walk for the first 90 minutes, but when it's near the top of Mt. Tachu, it gets steeper and there are places where you can use a rope. The view from the top is wonderful, and you can see Tanegashima At the top of the mountain is a large granite with a height of 40m, which can be called a scapolite. This scapolite can be seen from various places on the island. In this course, you can see various plants and scenery such as big cedar, fir, hemlock, and rhododendron. Shiratani Unsuikyo is a forest of greenery and water, which is the image of Yakushima The full-day tour walks the primeval forest course.
