Visitors: Want to experience snow without skiing? This tour is specially prepared for skiers, so if you want to enjoy the snowy scenery or participate in snow activities, we recommend that you choose another package. Beginners: This trip includes activities for skiers, and ski equipment rental and lift tickets are provided. There are no courses for beginners, so please learn basic skiing skills in advance. About an hour's drive from Sapporo city. This ski resort boasts some of the best powder snow in Hokkaido and a vast slope. It has the longest operating period of any ski resort in Sapporo, and is open from mid-November to early May every year. It has seven courses that can be enjoyed by beginners to advanced skiers, and a snow park where you can play with sleds and tubes. The beginner-friendly "Rinkan-Merhen Course" is a long course with a total length of 3.6 km and a high level of difficulty. For mogul lovers, we recommend the downhill course with a maximum slope of 30 degrees, and for snowboarders, the board park with jumps such as table tops is recommended. If you are returning via the Minami-ku route, you can also soak in Jozankei Onsen on the way back.
