We start by splitting real bamboo and making a platform for nagashi somen! We harvest the vegetables to be cooked in the pesticide-free vegetable field and cook them together. The menu is vegetarian (vegan). Enjoy freshly picked seasonal vegetables. Nagashi somen is an experience where you neatly assemble split bamboo and eat the noodles that flow under water. The nagashi somen platform made from real bamboo is very beautiful, fun and a wonderful experience. After the meal, you can also try your hand at bamboo crafts if you wish.

Would you like to make your own original washi notebook? Japanese binding is a traditional Japanese bookbinding technique that uses high-quality Japanese paper and linen thread, and has been passed down since the Heian period (794). In the workshop, we will start with ``Japanese paper dyeing'', which involves adding color to Japanese paper to create the cover of a notebook. ①Make the cover of your notebook by coloring Japanese paper. You can either fold the washi paper and dye it in color, or use a paper pattern to dye it. ② Applying the Japanese binding technique, assemble the inside of the notebook (*) and the cover of the notebook with embroidery thread. The size of the notebook is A6 (105 x 148.5 mm). Your one and only Japanese-bound notebook will be completed. At the end, we will serve Japanese sweets along with "Japanese paper tea" that is not available anywhere else! In the workshop, we will make postcards with two different designs, Falling Water Paper, and A5 size paper. While the washi is drying, we will offer Japanese sweets along with a unique "washi tea".
