★ In the first half of the brown sugar making experience, (1) harvest sugar cane and bite it, (2) squeeze it with a hand-squeezing machine and drink 100% fresh juice, and (3) add your favorite toppings and boil the original brown sugar. The brown sugar you made is a souvenir. In the second half of the banana sweets making experience, after a tour of the island banana fields, you can easily make banana ice cream with (1) baked bananas caramelized with brown sugar and (2) a mixer. ➤ Miyakojima Okinawa-Brown sugar production-Farmers who practice hands-on tourism will guide you, so you will be surprised and convinced of "Hey-ho-". ➤ Understand "from the field to the table"! A pamphlet is also used to gently explain the process of producing brown sugar and granulated sugar from sugar cane. ➤ Is banana grass? 360 degree whole banana? How can you make a banana curve? There is no doubt that you will want to talk to people about the surprise and convincing banana trivia by seeing, hearing, and touching. ➤ It is an experience where you can fully enjoy the charm of sugar cane and bananas that you can learn deliciously and enjoyably.

★ We will show you various banana trivia by connecting with the experience-based tourist farm in Miyakojima / Alternative Farm Miyako via Zoom. ➤ You can remotely watch and ask questions about the “delicious, fun, and educational” banana sweets making experience that is usually provided at tourist farms in Miyakojima. ➤ We will introduce the wonders of bananas while disassembling banana seedlings from our own farm.
