We start by splitting real bamboo and making a platform for nagashi somen! We harvest the vegetables to be cooked in the pesticide-free vegetable field and cook them together. The menu is vegetarian (vegan). Enjoy freshly picked seasonal vegetables. Nagashi somen is an experience where you neatly assemble split bamboo and eat the noodles that flow under water. The nagashi somen platform made from real bamboo is very beautiful, fun and a wonderful experience. After the meal, you can also try your hand at bamboo crafts if you wish.

Enjoy making a cup with a constellation appearing on its surface. It is a modern adaptation of the traditional technique known as Hotarute, and when a light is placed inside, the light shines through and appears. Once the shape is created by hand-forming (making the board), the constellation is inserted and the piece is complete. Our staff will provide you with careful support. There is a coordinate template for the 12 constellations, so it is easy to determine the hole positions. Our staff will assist you with the other constellations. ■ Course Outline 1. It is an experience of painting a colorful elegance on a small dish using five colors of Kutani. There are not much classrooms handling Kutani even in Tokyo. I will draw a stroke of vegetables and flowers and other designs while learning brush writing on two square small plates. Brilliant colors are unique in Kutani. ~ Flow of the day ~ ① The instructor will Explanations how to rub the brush and how to rub the pigment. (15 minutes) ② I will actually draw.
