5/30の今年度初のサップヨガの予約だったようです。天気は晴れで、ラッシュガードだけでも十分ですがもし、チャンポンしてしまうと寒いでしょう。500円でボディスーツを借りました。サップヨガは、初めてでしたが丁寧にインストラクターさんが教えてくださいますので、安心してチャレンジできます。翌日は筋肉痛でした。日頃の忙しさは忘れて心身ともにリフレッシュできました。ランチはハワイアンなお店で頂きました。またチャレンジしたいです!
