Lake Aoki in Nagano Prefecture is a very clear lake, so why not take a walk on the lake? This plan allows you to enjoy SUP at your own pace in the great outdoors of the Northern Alps! If you wish, we will give you a brief lecture before the start, but this plan is for those who have experienced SUP at least once. This plan allows you to enjoy SUP for a full two hours. As long as there is at least one experienced person in the group, it's OK!!! If you are a complete beginner, we recommend the experience tour of APC BASE1 (Lake Aoki Paddle Club)!! ~ Flow of the day ~ Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your reservation time. ① Reception, changing clothes 10 minutes ② Explanation 5 minutes ③ Experience start Approximately 120 minutes (If you arrive late, the experience time may be shorter.) This is for reservations only for fishing rowboats and foot turbo boats. Reservations for purposes other than fishing are not accepted. For non-fishing use, reservations will be accepted on the day at the facility. Opening period Lake Aoki will open as soon as the snowfall has subsided and boats can be taken out of the boathouse. Until November snowfall. Lake Nakatsuna: April 25th to October 25th. Until April 25th, operations may be suspended without notice depending on snowfall. Lake Aoki and Lake Nakatsuna: Half-day ticket for 3-person fishing rowboat for adults/1-day ticket for 3-person fishing rowboat for adults/season ticket for 3-person fishing rowboat, Lake Aoki: Half-day ticket for 3-person fishing foot turbo boat for adults/1-day ticket for 3-person fishing foot turbo boat for adults. Adults must be 12 years old or older, and 2 children aged 1 to 11 years old must be 1 adult. Lake Aoki can be used from sunrise to 16:45 (half-day ticket is at noon). Lake Nakatsuna can be used from sunrise to 16:30 (half-day ticket is at noon). Please inform us of your start time by 17:00 the day before. A fishing permit issued by the Lake Aoki Fisheries Association is required. The 2024 rates are 1,000 yen for a one-day pass and 4,000 yen for a one-year pass (valid from April 1st to March 31st). While enjoying the scenery of the plateau from the lake rich in nature, you can freely walk on the water. After the beginner experience, you will receive a free time bonus. A canoe experience where you can easily get on and off and stay dry. Let's start rowing! A beginner's experience course for beginners who are canoeing with their dog! After the experience, you will receive a free time bonus! ○ Nature canoe tour 2-hour course flow [First half] Put on a life jacket, and we will take care of your camera for each group. Lecture on how to operate the paddle, and a lecture on things to be careful about when canoeing. Now it's time to go! → Touring → Source and reed grass → Landing experience in a birch forest [Landing break] After landing, take a commemorative photo with your group, rehydrate with natural spring water, and use toilets [Second half] Fountain with clear water, power spot of Lake Shirakaba, visit the torii gate (Ikenohira Shrine) built underwater. The remaining time is free time! Enjoy a leisurely walk on the lake with your group. ○ Recommended points ① This is a summer resort where the cool and refreshing breeze blows even in summer. This is a two-hour nature kayak tour where you can enjoy a stroll on the lake from the perspective of waterfowl in a kayak on a calm lake. ②There is no need to worry about capsizing as we use stable kayaks. We use a pier to get on and off, and we have designed it so that your shoes don't get wet, so you don't need to change clothes! You can participate in the tour in your usual clothes that are easy to move in! Swimsuits are not required. [About the kayaks used] ◆Recreational boats that are relatively stable and easy to control. Beginners can enjoy it with peace of mind, and women and children can enjoy it with their pet dogs. If you are worried about your physical strength or balance, we recommend a two-seater. ◆For children in the third grade of elementary school and adults, we will basically provide a single-seater kayak. It is a SUP (Stand Up Paddle) experience tour that can be enjoyed freely by infants and adults at the small natural lake "Matsubara Lake" at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake in Nagano Prefecture. Speaking of outdoor sports that can be enjoyed by family and friends ... !! SUP is the best! In the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd outdoors, there are plenty of rental tools for everyone to enjoy! There is also free time! You can make the best memories using SUP! Dogs are also welcome! It is the only school in Nagano prefecture that is officially recognized by SIJ (Japan SUP Leaders Association). ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Fill in the reception agreement and settle at the site. Changing clothes and renting rental equipment in the changing room (required time: 15 to 30 minutes) ② Guide introduction, preparatory exercise, etc. After changing clothes, pre-training on land for preparatory exercise and paddle (rowing tools) (required time: 15 minutes) ③ First half of the lake : Let's paddle to the lake! In the first half of the lake, we will teach you how to ride, row and play SUP. (Time required: 50 minutes) * There is a break time of about 10 minutes after the end of the first half. ④ Free time Second half of the lake: Sumo, connected SUP, tail turn, water gun firing with friends! Let's enjoy freely on SUP! (Time required: 50 minutes) ⑤ End of experience Return the rental equipment. Change your clothes in the changing room and warm yourself up at the one-day hot spring (Yahho-no-Yu: discount ticket distribution) near the end!

It comes with a fishing set for Japanese red trout, so if you bring a barbecue set, you can enjoy delicious salt-grilled Japanese red trout from Lake Aoki on the spot (Lake Aoki Campsite & Adventure Club). Even beginners can participate with confidence in the 1-hour guided course. Setting period: 4/25 to 7/14, 9/10 to 10/25. If you would like a guided course, please contact us in advance and apply.
