Daisen in Tottori Prefecture, which is famous for Hoshitori Prefecture, and the dark night of the plateau.・Experience sharpening the five senses in the starlight and moonlight without using lights as much as possible.・Remove mobile phones, watches, and electronic devices, and move from a bright night life with electricity to a night forest without man-made objects. Let's enjoy digital detox, space time.・You can find traces and figures of creatures that are active at night, and if the time is right, you can also observe Himebotaru and Earthworm.・If the weather is good, you can also enjoy stargazing, moon viewing, and meteor shower viewing. In summer, you can also appreciate fishing lights from fishing boats off the Sea of ​​Japan.・Unlike hiking and trekking, we don't do strenuous walking or up-and-down walks in order to experience the darkness of the night. Anyone who can walk is welcome to participate. (If you use a wheelchair or have difficulty walking, please contact us. We will select a field and implement it.) ・This is a program for Japanese people, but we can also accommodate foreign tourists by hiring an interpreter. An interpreter will be charged separately. Let's ride a hot air balloon at the foot of Mt. Daisen! A flight experience that you can experience at Sawada Base. The balloon is connected to the ground by a rope, so you can enjoy the activity safely. The altitude is about 10 to 30m (varies depending on the weather, etc.) Up to 2 groups of 8 people per flight (up to 4 people per group) Meet and check in at the Sawada Base front desk. The flow is check-in → board the balloon in order → free to disband after boarding. Please come in clothes that you can exercise in and don't mind getting dirty. Also, you cannot bring luggage into the balloon. Cameras and other items are brought at your own risk. If you are concerned about your health, please refrain from boarding. Reservations are accepted up until the day before. If the number of reservations for a day does not reach the fixed number, the event may be canceled. (Minimum number of participants: 10 or more people) Also, the event may be canceled due to weather or equipment failure. If the event is canceled in advance, we will contact you the day before or on the day. Also, if the event is canceled during the event due to a sudden change in weather, we will refund your money. The insurance required for boarding is purchased by the facility, and the insurance fee is included in the price. We are a member of the Japan Hot Air Balloon Federation and are committed to safety.

Mount Hoki Daisen is a mountain of mountain worship. Long ago, when it was called Ogami-dake, only selected ascetics could reach the summit once a year on a full moon night to carry out a religious ritual and bring back holy water and medicinal herbs, and it was also a place for Shugendo practice known as Misen Zenjo. This full moon night luminous climb is an attempt to try and put into practice the experience of that time in the modern day. In the 2025 season, it will be held on the full moons of July, August and September. In August, due to the guide's schedule, the event will be held to coincide with the meteor shower rather than the full moon. July 9th, late night departure at 11pm, scheduled to end at 8am to 9am on the 10th August 11th, late night departure at 11:45pm, scheduled to end at 8:30am to 9:30am on the 12th (August will not be held on the full moon, but will be changed to a starlit night climb to coincide with the peak day of the Perseid meteor shower) September 7th, late night departure at 1am, scheduled to end at 9:30am to 10:30am on the same day. The event will be canceled in the event of rain or typhoons. As it is held on a holiday and during the summer vacation period, children in the third grade of elementary school and above can also participate. Please come with your family and children to have the best experience this summer. Of course, adults and solo participants are also welcome.
