This is Yatsugatake Energy Farm. Our home-grown shiitake mushrooms are fragrant, plump, and juicy. Even people who don't like shiitake mushrooms might like them! The back side of the shiitake mushrooms, which you don't often see, is a mysterious space. <Strawberry Picking Harvesting Experience Course (Admission Fee Included)> You can pick strawberries freely and enjoy them at your leisure at your hotel or at home. Although the harvest volume is reduced by the laborious hand-picking of buds (thinning), the craftsmanship is ingenious to produce strawberries with a richer flavor than anything you have ever tasted before. Please enjoy this experience that can only be experienced in Karuizawa to your heart's content. All strawberry greenhouses are clean, raised cultivation, making picking easy. It is located in Firefly Village, surrounded by the majestic Mt.
