It is a 1-hour experience course is recommended for the first one. After the lecture a safety check of the notes in the basic operation and the slopes on land, you go to the Practical School (since the paddle work and change of direction is the basic make cruising in the main). 10年程サーフィンの経験はありましたが、最近SUPにも興味を持っていたので参加させていただきました。丁寧に細かいところまで教えてくださりスムーズに乗る事ができました。最初は周りを見る余裕もなかったのですが、しばらくすると周りの風景や風も感じる事ができて、とても楽しかったです。もう少しで終了というところで落水しましたが、そこからボードに乗り直す経験もできて逆によかった気がします。ものすごく気持ちよかったので「どはまり」しそうです。ありがとうございました。
