体験はしてませんが、すごく不快になったので書かせていただきます。本来やる日に強風と雨でできず、日程を変更したところ、また中止だったら連絡を頂けるとのこと。当日、風があったのですが体験前になっても連絡がなかったので、できるのかな？と思い集合場所に着くと中止ですとのこと。中止だったら連絡を頂けると思っていたので、なんで？連絡ないよね？と思いました。担当の人も今日中止なんですよ〜と言い方も全く申し訳なさそうではなく、すごく不快になりました。中止なのをどうこう言っているのではなく、中止だったら中止と連絡するべきだと思いますし、間違えていたなら謝罪が必要かなと思います。すごく残念でした。

シュノーケリングポイントもしっかり選んでくださって、隠れクマノミの親子に会うことができました。ソロ参加でしたが、スタッフの方がいろいろ話しかけてくださり、また、写真撮影もしていただけたので、とても楽しい思い出を作る事ができました。今度は家族で参加しようと思います。 PS.シュノーケリングポイントまで、１時間ほどかかるので、船酔いに弱い方は、酔い止めをお忘れなく。

スタッフはとても話しやすくて2人体制で講習から撮影まで万全のサポート体制で不安なところがゼロでした！施設も綺麗で使いやすく、船も所有されているおかげでスムーズな進行、時間管理までまた利用したくなるところこと間違いなしです。あとはポイントだけもう少し見所や魚数が多いところだともっと嬉しいと思いました。本当にありがとうございました。次はライセンスで来させてもらいたいと思います！
