Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is said to have an exercise effect because it trains your core strength, and is a popular sport among women. A tour to random snorkeling points from the many snorkeling points on Kouri Island depending on the weather and sea conditions of the day. *Snorkel goggles cannot be worn with glasses. Snorkel goggles can be worn if you are wearing contact lenses.
