In 2021, it will also be the setting for the anime “The Dragon and the Freckled Princess” directed by Mamoru Hosoda. Packrafts are smaller, lighter, and more stable than canoe kayaks. The paddle is the same as a kayak, with blades on both ends, so even first-time paddlers can easily maneuver it. The view of the city seen from above the river looks different and offers a fresh perspective. It is a 2-hour experience to explore Kagami River by packraft.
