カヌーは自然を感じながら身体を動かせるので非常にリラックスができました。牛さんもフンフン鳴いていて可愛かったです。都会では見たことのない植物や生き物が多くて南国を体感できた1日でした！

西表の自然 サイコー！です。 あいにくのお天気でしたが、カヌーでマングローブに囲まれた中を進み、青々と茂った木々の中、滝を目指してひたすら歩きながら、自然のパワーを存分に味わうことができました。 筋肉痛にはなったけど、何度でもアタックしたいと思えるスポットです。 ガイドのお兄さんもお話上手で、とてもいい時間を過ごせました！ 昼食の八重山そばとこーれーぐーすーもnice(^-^)/
