Land Pass Lake Biwa Fishing Guide Service. We will guide you on a half-day fishing trip on a boat around Lake Biwa. This is a half-day plan. (Time required: about 4 hours) This plan is recommended for beginners who want to fish properly. Prepare for boarding. 8:00 Departure We will depart from the marina. Travel by boat to the point. 8:15 Fishing instruction at the point We will prepare the equipment and give a lecture on how to fish. You will be able to cast and lure by yourself. 8:45 Aiming for the target The main target at Lake Biwa is black bass. The difficulty level varies depending on the season, but it is a fish that can be targeted throughout the year. (Fishing is relatively easy in warm seasons, and you can catch bigger fish in cold seasons.) 13:00 Return from the point to the marina. Move around the point aiming for your target, and finally return by boat to the marina.

This is a tour for children only. It is scheduled to be held every day, but please contact us and apply for the tour. Starting early in the morning, you will fish for smallmouth bass, catfish, and carp using worms in the Tama River, or go carp fishing in the Nogawa River using bread ears as bait. (2 to 3 hours) Move to the forest to split wood for stag beetles and search for rhinoceros beetle larvae. (2 to 3 hours) After lunch, move to the river, rent rain boots, and experience searching for fish from autumn to spring.
