★This is the only field archery field in the Chugoku-Shikoku region.You can enjoy both the same target archery as the Olympics and the field archery set up in the forest. ★We will go around the course while enjoying forest bathing and trekking. Let's shoot 3 arrows at a time at one target!・There are 9 to 12 levels of targets.・Recommended for relieving stress! There is also a lecture by a veteran instructor, so even beginners can enjoy it with peace of mind ♪ ・ Feel free to join us empty-handed! We have a wide range of rental items for children to the elderly.・The beautiful natural scenery of each season, such as cherry blossoms, hydrangea, and maple leaves, is also a highlight. Even beginners can experience the "Date Inzai-ryu" archery that has been passed down since the time of Date Masamune! The Date clan, based in Sendai, practiced a traditional archery style called "Hiki-ryu Inzai-ha". This style emphasizes effectiveness on the battlefield over ceremonial beauty. In particular, it employs shooting techniques that utilize mobility, single or group tactics, and powerful shots that can penetrate armor. In this archery experience, you will travel back in time to feudal Japan and train like a Date clan soldier. After hearing about the history and battle tactics of the time, you will be taught how to safely shoot an arrow in a modern martial arts center. This experience will be led by Ken Kurosu, representative of the "Date Inzai Archery Research Association," which also performs at the Sendai Aoba Festival.
