冬といいますと、積丹の観光オフシーズンですが、雪の積もった積丹半島も中々見応えありました。滅多に雪が降らない地方から来た自分は山が熊さんの顔に見えたり、大雪に大興奮しました。オフシーズンだから遠慮するのは勿体ない！ドライバーさんが神対応で素晴らしかったです。ガイドさん並みに地元に詳しく、説明が面白かったです。本当にありがとうございました。また機会があればお願いしたいです。

The weather was not the greatest but our driver (yumi) was fantastic. She took us to all the sites we requested. She told us so much along the way, by using her Japanese/English translation device. She was extremely helpful with suggestions and guidance. She also provided pictures of what we 'would' have seen, since it was very overcast and foggy on our day. She took many pictures for us as well. We almost decided not to go because of the weather but we are VERY GLAD that we did!
