横手市の名産品であるりんごとホップに着目したハードサイダーづくりを醸造家から直接その物語を知ることができる貴重な体験でした。シードルではなくあえてハードサイダーというスタイルにした理由なども聞くことができるので、これからOK,ADAMさんのハードサイダーを飲むシーンではそこに込められた想いも感じながら楽しんでいこうと思うことができました。タップルームで醸造家の手で注がれるハードサイダーもまた特別な体験です。ハードサイダーにかける情熱を感じられる素敵な体験でした。
