This program is for designers and creators who want to see Nakagawa Sangyo's manufacturing machines and make use of them to make things. Even if you are not a so-called "professional", there are probably many people who have wanted to make T-shirts and souvenirs for club activities and circles. The world of original designs that started with woven labels Some people may not be able to understand woven labels, but woven labels are manufacturer names and brand names in all the cloth products that we wear and use. Today, 100% of woven labels made in Japan are made in these two cities. Nakagawa Sangyo started with woven labels woven with a jacquard loom in such a production area Komatsu, and now produces various goods such as prints and silk screens. In this program, you can use Nakagawa Sangyo's diversified machines to create original design goods such as T-shirts and tote bags. An industrial jacquard loom has 14,200 warp (vertical) threads, with weft (horizontal) threads moving back and forth between them. There is slight unevenness in thickness. The craftsman adjusts them while threading, and operates the loom while keeping an eye on it to ensure that it runs smoothly. Today, there are almost no highly specialized craftsmen even within the production area, which is one of the reasons why Kokura Textile receives requests from world-famous brands.
