What kind of sport is surfing? ? Interesting? ? I'm not good at exercising, but if you're like that, let's try it first! ! No complicated knowledge required. It is OK if you come with a feeling of having fun and in perfect physical condition. After receiving a basic lecture on how to stand on the beach, go to the sea!
