The instructor will inform you of the meeting time and meeting place the day before. ② Move to the beach We will take you to the surf spot in our shop's car. Please prepare your luggage to a minimum. (Large towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, drinks, etc.) ③ Explanation of changing clothes / warm-up exercises / precautions at the beach We will change into a wetsuit at the changing facility and on site. Women should wear clothes that are easy to change into, such as a one-piece dress. We recommend that you wear a swimsuit under your clothes in advance. In the summer, please wear a T-shirt, rash guard, leggings, etc. for the beach. ④ Explanation of basic actions on the shore and how to handle the board. Sankai Beach is the closest surfing spot from Mikawa, Nagoya! ! The waves at Sankai Beach are calm throughout the year, and there are few people, so it's perfect for starting surfing and bodyboarding. There are many first-time surfers, and there are individual differences, but after the one-hour lesson, you will be standing on the board and skating on the waves. Since there are various ages and physical strengths, the lessons while giving advice to each person are very popular! ! From 4-year-old children to people in their 60s, we have a wide range of fun in the sea. Enjoy!!! Surfing lessons in English are okay! The sea is right in front of the shop! ! : 20 minutes 3.
