下関での実施を希望し、角島付近の海岸を提案していただきました。とても綺麗で、波のないビーチなので安心して楽しめました。 全ての道具を準備していただけるので、海水浴の道具だけで体験できます。ラッシュガードや帽子があるといいと思います。事前に氏名・身長・体重・足のサイズなどをメッセージで送付します。 コースの料金と別に、海水浴場使用料・駐車料金が発生しました。 基本的に、インストラクターの方に進む方向を指示いただき、各々好きなように漕いで行くという流れです。途中で少し離れた島に上陸し、自然を観察する時間などもあり、自然学習のように楽しめます。 インストラクターの方に写真を撮っていただき、後日送付してもらえるのがとても良い点だと思います。我々はスマホ防水ケースなどを持参せずに行きましたが、写真のことを気にせずに楽しめてよかったです！ また利用させていただきたいと思いますが、今年の8月は暑すぎたので、季節をずらそうかなとも思いました。

Beginners are welcome to experience this SUP tour in the beautiful Sea of Japan in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture, the westernmost point of Honshu. The area is Ogushi Beach, a great spot for the beautiful sea with Atsushi Island in the background and the sunset setting on the horizon, and for experienced people there is also an exploration cruise to the sea cave "Okudani Bat Cave", where long-fingered bats live. A full set of SUP equipment will be provided. All you need to do is wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet. You will be instructed by an SIJ (Student Association of Japan) certified instructor, so even beginners can have a safe and secure SUP experience.
