前日に急遽予約しましたが、対応も迅速で丁寧でした。移動中も西表島のお話を聞けてとても楽しかったです。写真もたくさん撮って頂きありがとうございました。初めてのサップでしたが、とても楽しく良い思い出になりました。サップ組は私たちだけでしたが、サップかカヌーを選べるのも良いですね！一緒のグループの方たちも良い方でほのぼのとした時間を過ごせました。スタッフの小麦さんも優しくて可愛らしくてよかったです！また利用させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。

先日の台風でサンガラの滝への道に倒木があるとのことで、前日にお電話をいただきました。 一度電話に出れませんでしたが、留守電やメールなどの手段でコンタクを取っていてだき、また、とても丁寧に説明をしていただき、代替案も提案してくれました。 ありがとうございます。 最終的に、サンガラの滝と同じくらい気になっていた、バラス島のプランに空きがあり、こちらに変更してもらいました。 満潮とのことで、バラス島は水面下で上陸はできなかったのてますが、台風で島の形が変わるなど、色々なお話が聞けて良かったです。 西表島の海はとてもキレイで、初めて白色以外のサンゴ礁を見ました。 ガイドのユメさんも一生懸命に写真を撮ってくれながらも、随時、安全にも配慮してくれて、安心してツアーを楽しめました！ 西表島、大好きになりました！また、ぜひとも再訪したいですーーー！
