Lake Aoki in Nagano Prefecture is a very clear lake, so why not take a walk on the lake? This plan allows you to enjoy SUP at your own pace in the great outdoors of the Northern Alps! If you wish, we will give you a brief lecture before the start, but this plan is for those who have experienced SUP at least once. This plan allows you to enjoy SUP for a full two hours. As long as there is at least one experienced person in the group, it's OK!!! If you are a complete beginner, we recommend the experience tour of APC BASE1 (Lake Aoki Paddle Club)!! ~ Flow of the day ~ Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your reservation time. ① Reception, changing clothes 10 minutes ② Explanation 5 minutes ③ Experience start Approximately 120 minutes (If you arrive late, the experience time may be shorter.)
