Lake Aoki in Nagano Prefecture is a very clear lake, so why not take a walk on the lake? The water level of Lake Aoki drops in winter, so you can enjoy a different lake in spring than in summer! Because the water temperature is low due to melting snow, wetsuits are recommended and only experienced SUP participants are allowed. Until the end of May, those who have never tried SUP will not be able to apply. ●Plan for experienced SUP riders●Why not take a leisurely stroll on the water while enjoying the changing of the seasons? The best time to see the autumn leaves at Lake Aoki is from mid-October! If you're lucky, you might even be able to see the three-tiered autumn leaves with the Hakuba mountains! The water temperature will be cold, so this plan is for experienced SUP riders. *Wetsuits (adults only) are also available for rental at an additional cost (1,000 yen)!
