An instructor will accompany you, so even if you are new to SUP, you can feel at ease. When you get on a SUP and let yourself go with the flow, you will once again feel the height of the sky above you and the vastness of the sea that spreads around you. You will also see wild birds flying freely in the sky, beautiful small fish swimming in schools, and jellyfish floating leisurely on the surface of the water. Stand-up paddle boarding, or "SUP," has become a very popular activity in recent years! Why not enjoy a walk on the sea while taking in the beautiful ocean and scenery that is unique to the southern part of Katsuura City? We hold "small-group classes" with a maximum of around eight people per class, and the SUP experience plan is a leisurely program that teaches the basics, from a beach lecture to standing on the board and paddling, tailored to the level of the participants. ~ Stand-up paddle (SUP) ~ It is a marine activity in which you stand on a large board and paddle while balancing. Because SUP boards have high buoyancy, people of all ages and genders can enjoy cruising, style-up exercise, fishing, and more.
