Enjoy the popular SUP experience on the Toyohira River that flows through Sapporo! Enjoy the scenery while standing or sitting on a board in the field of the valley next to Jozankei Onsen. The average depth of the river is about 1 meter and the current is gentle, so there is no need to worry if you fall into the water. Some people dive by themselves when they get used to it. Children can participate because it is shallow. This plan is also OK for “Dog-chan SUP” to participate with your dog! It is also recommended to wear a life jacket (bring your own or rent one) and have a good time with your dog♪

Enjoy SUP on the beautiful cobalt blue lake known as "Shiman Blue"! The most attractive thing about Lake Shima is the color of the lake water! Lake Shima is also surrounded by broadleaf forests and is rich in birds, insects and other creatures. It is an environment rich in nature. With SUP, you can experience the charm of Lake Shima as if you were taking a walk by gliding on the water. In the "R-LABO" tour, we thoroughly teach participants according to their level, as we want all participants to enjoy SUP to the fullest. For SUP beginners, we carefully teach them how to stand and paddle on their own, and for intermediate and above, we teach advanced techniques such as turning and paddling in a gentle current and how to balance using a paddle.
