Enjoy a half-day river rafting trip on the Shimanto River! The upstream is relatively rapid, the midstream meanders greatly, and the downstream flows slowly. The area around Natural Groove, located in the midstream, has few man-made structures and is filled with nature. In addition to experiencing the typical rafting experience of going down the rapids on a rafting boat and diving into rocky areas, you can also enjoy river SUP on the gentle current. The charm of the Shimanto River is that rapids and gentle currents alternate. If you want to ride the current of the Shimanto River and go down the river, we recommend the River SUP experience. Go on an adventure down the Shimanto River while looking at the "submerged bridge" that is synonymous with the Shimanto River and the beautiful river scenery that cannot be seen from the road! It is a course of about 6 km starting from the submerged bridge and returning to Mishima Campsite in half a day, tackling two rapids. Before departure, SIJ and SUPA certified instructors will give a thorough lecture on the basics of SUP and river safety. You will be addicted to the exhilaration of paddling a long distance and riding the rapids! If you are worried about children or others going through rapids, we will respond flexibly, such as having the guide ride the SUP, so please do not worry.
