Diving is popular in Miyakojima, and our guides with professional diver qualifications provide a safe diving experience and support participants so that they can enjoy the feeling of free floating in the sea and the beautiful underwater scenery. Training sessions teach breathing, safe practices and dive techniques and are suitable for beginners to advanced divers. The beautiful waters and diving spots of Miyakojima are optimally selected, and guided tours are provided that are tailored to the level of the participants. A wide variety of marine life can be seen underwater, and your guide will teach you how to identify and observe the creatures, as well as assist you with safety concerns. The first Molchanovs Freediving School in Japan has opened! Why not try freediving in the crystal clear waters of Miyakojima? Freediving is a sport where you dive using only your own breathing, without carrying a tank like scuba diving (free diving). Learn the latest techniques to dive deeper and longer safely. Molchanovs: A new organization founded in 2018 by current freediving world champion Alexei Molchanov. It is characterized by the development of the latest freediving techniques and equipment, and connections with the freediving community. Molchanovs is not well known in Japan, but overseas it is a freediving organization that is equally popular with AIDA. Unlike other organizations, you don't just get your license and then it's over, but we have a badge system and a base training system so that you can continue training after that. You can choose the training that suits you from three types of items: dry, pool, and depth, and you can train with your buddy. And when you complete the training, you can get a digital title called a badge! Contrary to what you might think, freediving is 90% mental. Why not take a deep dive into the ocean, take a look at yourself, find out your limits and try to surpass them?

This course is for those who have a free diving license and want to further improve their skills, prepare for a license course, or improve their problems. Free diving coaching sessions are individual instruction programs for divers who want to improve their skills. From beginners to advanced divers, we provide training tailored to each level, allowing you to safely and efficiently improve your diving skills. The practical training that takes advantage of Miyakojima's crystal clear waters is an attractive feature.

We invite you to Yaebiji, Japan's largest coral reef! We depart from Ikema Island, so we will arrive at Yaebiji in the shortest distance. With a maximum of four people per instructor, you can safely enjoy skin diving and free diving in small groups. Those with experience can rent long fins for free! A professional underwater photographer will take photos with a single-lens reflex camera. The photos will be edited and handed over to you. To protect the coral, participants are asked to observe the following: - Wear a wetsuit and rash guard - Use sunscreen that is gentle on the coral - Do not damage the coral with fins - Follow the instructor's instructions

After a paddling lecture on land and a SUP lecture on the water, tailored to your needs, we will cruise through the mangrove tropical forests towards the open sea. We will combine SUP with the scenic spots of Miyakojima, which boasts nature, and take commemorative photos of our memories with a high-performance drone.
