(^^) *The listed price is for a ceramic white clay mini shisa! [White Clay Ceramic] Made with rare Okinawan white clay! [Plaster Shisa] ☆Plaster is primarily made from Okinawan coral and includes rice straw. Plaster shisa were the pioneers in the spread of shisa to Okinawan homes. ♪ All shisa are made entirely from the raw material, without using any heartwood. Large plaster shisa require considerable skill. [Unglazed Shisa] (Special clay for indoor use) ☆Made with special clay. This material is not fired, so it can only be displayed indoors. Each one is completely handmade! We use the same clay as the take-home shisa-making experience. ☆[Ceramic Shisa] ☆Made with Okinawan red clay. After forming, the shisa is air-dried for about 20 days, then fired at 1,200°C for two days. Since it is fired, it can also be displayed outdoors. It takes about a month to complete one shisa. ☆A wide variety to choose from! ☆Enjoy Studio artisans have produced over 70,000 shisa in total! These are handmade shisa that you can only experience here♪ All of the shisa we handle are made in our studio (^^) ☆Many colored shisa samples are available for reference when painting! ★After an explanation of the painting method, the work begins. Experience time varies from person to person. (There is no time limit, so please enjoy yourself.) If painting two shisa at once, painting them simultaneously will require an additional 30 minutes. Once completed, take a commemorative photo with your shisa!
