Izu Shimoda For those who want to enjoy private time at the calm Sotoura Coast, this is a kayaking experience & snorkeling time limited to one group (up to 6 people) where one instructor will accompany you and give you a lecture and guide you safely. ⭐ 120-minute course with excellent transparency! Why not relax and kayak & snorkel at the beautiful Sotoura Coast with AA water quality? Since an instructor is included, even inexperienced people can feel safe. ⭐ You can freely decide the time for touring to Kujuhama (pictured) or snorkeling offshore within the time limit. You can also enjoy snorkeling for free. A two-seater boat can accommodate one adult and two children (under 12 years old). Please send a message when applying. * During the swimming period from mid-July to late August, please use the swimming parking lot (separate 1,500 yen ~) if you are coming by car. You can also use the free parking lot at the store (about 7 minutes to the sea). The parking lot and hot water shower changing room at the store are free. At SeaIzu, you can experience many other activities and enjoy it all day long. *Jet bike activities will be experienced at Shimoda Port.

[Conditions for participation] To ensure safety, all participants must be able to speak either Japanese or English. ● Beginners can enjoy this luxurious tour with peace of mind: Sea kayak to offshore snorkeling spots and play with Izu's tropical fish. Enjoy this experience with your family, friends, couples, or groups! Located on Sotoura Beach, the quietest beach in Shimoda, Izu Peninsula Geopark, this tour allows you to experience both sea kayaking and snorkeling with the emerald green ocean right in front of you. ● This tour, the first of its kind in Japan, is divided into two sessions, morning and afternoon, ensuring a satisfying half-day experience for all participants. Our school is headed by Junji Nagaoke, the first Japanese person to obtain ACA (American Canoe Association) certified instructor status in 2000. It is a fully-fledged, hands-on school that offers safe and enjoyable tours for beginners. ●The kayaks used are manufactured by Viking Kayaks, which boast the highest quality standards in the world, and are currently the only kayaks made in Japan. Basically, the kayaks seat three people, with one child in the lower grades of elementary school and two adults. For older elementary school students, two people can ride with one adult. Two adults can ride together.
