Depart by boat from Ishigaki Island! No license required, anyone from 10 years old can participate. Head to the ocean where you can see sea turtles and manta rays all year round! *As they are natural creatures, there are days when you can see them and days when you can't. Based on our experience, if you want to see sea turtles and manta rays, the best season is for sea turtles all year round and for manta rays from mid-November to late April.
