After taking memorable photos in the majestic atmosphere, you can enjoy osechi ryori, a traditional Japanese New Year's meal. Our skilled chefs carefully select delicious Bibai ingredients and painstakingly prepare each and every dish. Enjoy a colorful osechi meal packed like a jewel box. [Chef's Comment] This tiered box features a generous selection of Bibai-grown ingredients, including rare asparagus lamb, Hokkaido chicken, and Ezo venison, processed using Japan's most advanced bleeding techniques. Enjoy a short trip focused on Bibai's food culture. It is said that vegetables become more flavorful when buried under the snow, and on this tour you can taste deer soup, made by simmering these vegetables under the snow with locally caught venison. This hands-on tour also includes a set experience of making onigiri (rice balls) using rice, one of Bibai City's specialties.
