13時で2名予約、15分前集合していたが一向にスタッフの迎えが来ず、予約時間までに2回ほど、予約時間を過ぎてからも「13時で予約している○○ですけども」という確認の連絡を入れるもいずれも「そこで待っておいてください」と言う返答のみ。結局13時の便はすでに出ていることが伝えられて、帰りの飛行機の時間に間に合わなくなるためレジャーを断念。せっかく休みを取ってきた沖縄旅行が1日潰されてしまいました。とても悲しいです。 謝罪の一つもなく電話先の人もこちらを舐めたような態度を終始取り続けていました。 最低な体験でした。
